Blessing 7: Window of Reconciliation: Reconciled to G-d

Beloved,

I invite your spirit to connect with me no matter their state, in the name of Yeshua.

Spirit, listen to the Word of G-d for you for today.

Afterward Moses and Aaron went and said to Pharaoh, “Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, ‘Let my people go, that they may hold a feast to me in the wilderness.’” But Pharaoh said, “Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice and let Israel go? I do not know the LORD, and moreover, I will not let Israel go.” Then they said, “The God of the Hebrews has met with us. Please let us go a three days’ journey into the wilderness that we may sacrifice to the LORD our God, lest he fall upon us with pestilence or with the sword.” But the king of Egypt said to them, “Moses and Aaron, why do you take the people away from their work? Get back to your burdens.” And Pharaoh said, “Behold, the people of the land are now many, and you make them rest from their burdens!” The same day Pharaoh commanded the taskmasters of the people and their foremen, “You shall no longer give the people straw to make bricks, as in the past; let them go and gather straw for themselves. But the number of bricks that they made in the past you shall impose on them, you shall by no means reduce it, for they are idle. Therefore they cry, ‘Let us go and offer sacrifice to our God.’ Let heavier work be laid on the men that they may labor at it and pay no regard to lying words.”

So the taskmasters and the foremen of the people went out and said to the people, “Thus says Pharaoh, ‘I will not give you straw. Go and get your straw yourselves wherever you can find it, but your work will not be reduced in the least.’” So the people were scattered throughout all the land of Egypt to gather stubble for straw. The taskmasters were urgent, saying, “Complete your work, your daily task each day, as when there was straw.” And the foremen of the people of Israel, whom Pharaoh’s taskmasters had set over them, were beaten and were asked, “Why have you not done all your task of making bricks today and yesterday, as in the past?”

Then the foremen of the people of Israel came and cried to Pharaoh, “Why do you treat your servants like this? No straw is given to your servants, yet they say to us, ‘Make bricks!’ And behold, your servants are beaten; but the fault is in your own people.” But he said, “You are idle, you are idle; that is why you say, ‘Let us go and sacrifice to the LORD.’ Go now and work. No straw will be given you, but you must still deliver the same number of bricks.” The foremen of the people of Israel saw that they were in trouble when they said, “You shall by no means reduce your number of bricks, your daily task each day.” They met Moses and Aaron, who were waiting for them, as they came out from Pharaoh; and they said to them, “The LORD look on you and judge, because you have made us stink in the sight of Pharaoh and his servants, and have put a sword in their hand to kill us.”

Then Moses turned to the LORD and said, “O Lord, why have you done evil to this people? Why did you ever send me? For since I came to Pharaoh to speak in your name, he has done evil to this people, and you have not delivered your people at all.”

But the LORD said to Moses, “Now you shall see what I will do to Pharaoh; for with a strong hand he will send them out, and with a strong hand he will drive them out of his land.”

God spoke to Moses and said to him, “I am the LORD. I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, as God Almighty, but by my name the LORD I did not make myself known to them. I also established my covenant with them to give them the land of Canaan, the land in which they lived as sojourners. Moreover, I have heard the groaning of the people of Israel whom the Egyptians hold as slaves, and I have remembered my covenant. Say therefore to the people of Israel, ‘I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will deliver you from slavery to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great acts of judgment. I will take you to be my people, and I will be your God, and you shall know that I am the LORD your God, who has brought you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. I will bring you into the land that I swore to give to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. I will give it to you for a possession. I am the LORD.’” Moses spoke thus to the people of Israel, but they did not listen to Moses, because of their broken spirit and harsh slavery.”

Exodus 5:1-6:9 ESV

Spirit, He is the G-d Over The Brickyard, Who Prioritizes Freedom Over Labor Relations. Sit with that reality for a few minutes, spirit. For this May be an unpopular idea at the moment. And there while there are times when the L-rd will sort out what is happening in the brickyard and the field and on the job site and between disparate people, G-d has a strong and vested interest in liberty and if trying to make things easier and more comfortable in the brickyard makes us more comfortable with slavery and less comfortable with the risk associated with freedom, G-d will almost certainly always ignore the brickyard to prime us to be ready to walk in freedom as we grow out of slavery and into sonship.

So, spirit, I bless you to writhe at and be revulsed at the mere though of more bondage.

I bless you to wrestle with and for your liberation from captivity.

I bless you to rest in the strong plans of the G-d of the Brickyard. I bless you to grow dissatisfied with your current state of being, and to increase in your place of design. Spirit, you were made for liberty. You were not designed for the brickyard.

I bless you to endure being refined and proven and tested in the crucible for a fight that awaits a future date.

I bless your capacity to endure hardship and to handle being placed for a season under harsh leadership as you grow with a deeper vision against the day of your release.

I bless you as you are feeling pain and heartache that that pain would not be in vain and the enemy would suffer casualties as a result of your endurance. I bless you, spirit, to grow in “integrity of heart and skillful hands” both as you are working through hard seasons in the brickyards.

I bless you to find rest in The Anchor’s stability.

I bless you to hear my out clarity the voice of the G-d of the Brickyard and to allow Him to set your eyes where they need to be.

I bless your seasons to be fruitful, and I bless you to be a damaging source for the enemy and a thorn in his side even as G-d is growing you.

I bless you to not waste a moment of your days, even in your sleep.

I also bless you to be a knife and a sword and a catapult in the hands of the L-rd as He uses you as a peculiar weapon in His hands with which to harass the enemy.

I bless you to hold the line and stay the course.

I bless you with that reality and set of revelations, in the name of Yeshua.

Blessing 5: Window of Reconciliation: Reconciled to G-d: September 2021

Spirit, listen to the Word of G-d for you for today.

Shall not the Judge of all the Earth do what is just?

From Genesis 18:25

Spirit, this post is about one of the names of G-d.

That name, “the Judge of all the Earth”, describes G-d in the process of weighing a group of cities for judgment, which simply means “decision”.

And further, Spirit, He is not merely the Judge of one person or people group or one chunk of land. Rather He is the Judge of ALL THE EARTH.

This story of Sodom and Gomorrah and the rest of the cities in the plane was a story about deciding the fate of a piece of land due to, not just the people crying out, but also the land crying out as an entity itself against the distressing injustice occurring within its borders.

G-d can be counted on to hear and handle unjust situations.

He will respond to those who are mistreating others.

He will hear the outcry of victims of all kinds of violence.

He will act and judge and decide switfly when violence happens to his kids.

So, spirit, I bless you to rest in the king’s judgment, and to depend on Him to act with justice.

His idea of justice May differ from you idea of justice, but He will act.

I bless you to trust the King is not slack concerning His promises to act.

I bless you to let go of your ideas of justice and to take on the King’s ideas of justice.

I bless you to rest and observe when a case is taken up by the Judge. I bless you to get curious as to how the Judge handles cases of injustice. And I bless you to watch when justice is rendered in a case that is not yours.

I bless you to not fall apart when the Judge renders a verdict that does not align with your idea of justice.

I bless you to get to know the love of the Judge for you. And I bless you to feel and know the love and affection of the Judge for the land.

I bless you to hear His voice and to see the memos and papers getting marked and the court orders getting signed.

I bless you, spirit, to help others see the Judge’s process of justice.

I bless you to rest on the earth as the Judge metes out His ruling which will affect not only people, but also chunks of land.

I bless you with that revelation in the name of Yeshua.

Blessing 4: Window of Reconciliation: Reconciled to G-d:

Listen to the Word of G-d for you for today

Do not be deceived, my beloved brothers.

James 1:16 ESV

Spirit, I do not know precisely how possible it is to be deceived.

But I IMAGINE this.

And I ask you to imagine with me.

Yes, I know people might be wont to lecture me saying “Dave, our faith isn’t about what we feel but about what we KNOW. HARD EVIDENCE.”

Actually, it’s about the skillful negotiation and dancing between knowledge and feeling; son mode and bride mode; reins, heart, and brain; black/white/shades of gray and hues of color; giving and receiving; male and female modes; building and creating vs. intimacy and connection; life and death; praise in which we extol the greatness of our King and worship in which we make the blood sacrifice that costs us something; work and rest; spouse and children; friends and family; rivers and oceans; mountains and beaches; day and night; sun, moon, and stars; and so forth.

Just imagine with me and picture the possibilities, spirit.

Imagine with me, if you will, a Father whose capacity and desire and skill to lead you into all truth outstrips and outpaces the enemy’s capacity to deceive.

To which will you latch?

It is a decision we must make each of us.

And so, spirit, I bless you to be an early warning system for the person in whom you dwell. I bless you to speak long and loudly when something just isn’t quite right.

I bless you to resist deception and to be able to recognize it and so flag it for others to see.

I bless you with freedom from the fear of being deceived.

I bless you to not keep in step with the spirit of this age that exalts the ease of being deceived over the ease of being led into all trough by the Spirit of the True and Living G-d.

I bless your interactions with the Holy Trinity in the midst of the Divine Counsel.

I bless the Trinity to respond to your hungering and thirsting with and equivalent or greater response.

I bless your relationship with the L-rd to not be characterized by deception, but by truth and kindness and compassion.

I bless you to have clear eyes and sight to see what the L-rd is doing in your midst.

I bless you with a sequence of live-giving relationships marked by a mutual desire to improve and edify one another.

I bless you with that reality in the name of Yeshua ha-Mashiach.

Blessing 3: Blessing For the Season: Window of Reconciliation: September, Reconciliation to G-d,

Beloved, I invite your spirit forward to connect for a few minutes.

Spirit, listen tot he word of G-d for you for today.

The L-RD said to Cain…

From Genesis 4:6, 9 ESV

Spirit, this text clearly says that, when Cain sinned in unrighteous anger and in the execution of murder both times, it never says he went to G-d. Rather, the text seems, at least to me, to indicate G-d came to him.

Let me say that again a little louder for those in the back.

Spirit, after Cain messed up twice, G-d didn’t consign him immediately to hell or Sheol or banish Cain. G-d came to Cain to help coach him to fix the problem.

Cain chose to leave G-d’s presence, not the way we typically hear this preached.

Nor was Cain this “ooooohhhhh wicked rebellious sinner beyond redemption.”

And this whole overgrown “a holy G-d cannot look on sin” nonsense that we have constructed off on own or two proof texts.

Plainly, after Cain sinned and before any sort of repentance take place, G-d approached him when there was still blood on his hands and offered to help him out of it.

Spirit, after our mess-ups and before the repentance bears forth, there is a moment in which G-d comes to visit us with His kindness and which His offer to help us to a better place.

So, Spirit, I bless you to speak up when we each screw up and to say “HEY! THIS IS THE WAY BACK HOME!!!!!”

I bless your voice to be among the oldest in our ear and presenting the kindness of the King as the way back home, even if the way back home may be difficult.

I bless you to latch onto and to display the reconciling desire of the Father’s heart when we are missing it.

I bless you to remind the person in whom you dwell that the way back home is already ready already (pardon that odd syntax), and the door is already flung wide for you to come back home, and the Father waits to kill the fatted calf in celebration of your return.

I bless you to be full of the purposes of the L-rd as you come back home and as you respond to the voice of the L-rd who is ever near the screwed-up.

I bless you to light on the path and the place where we ought to go.

If we are exhorted, spirit, to come boldly before the throne of grace, what’s to stop the Father from boldly coming to us with kindness to make…

all things new….

Be reconciled, you who have messed up, to a Father that wants you home.

In the name of Yeshua.

Blessing 2: Blessing For the Season: Window of Reconciliation: September, Reconciliation to G-d, How G-d Works With Our Spirit In Part and Blessing 2

NOTE ABOUT WORKING WITH THE HUMAN SPIRIT:

We have too many people that treat themselves as Slaves of the Master rather than Noble Subjets of the King: Those that wish to only think with their souls, their natural minds, and what they can perceive with their senses, which are all great gifts from the King, but do not account for the reality and knowledge of the things of the spirit. Obedience is part of the equation of how we walk with the L-rd, but it is not the end goal. Further, if we treat ourselves only as slaves, we will never step into the fullness of who we are as sons who build and create in partmership with the King. Gang, you are noble, and you are sons (And I have said this before, and I will say it again. Ladies: if men can be the bride of Christ, you can be called sons of G-d. Congratuations, life is uncomfortable for all of us). We need way more believers who want their spirits leading, because it is on the level of the spirit where the King does most of His interactions and work with us. And it is the spirit leading that enables us to be the most productive as followers of Messiah. And it is the spirit that is active from conception, while the soul requires the functioning of the mylenated nerves in order to function. G-d, in handicapping our souls for the first portion of our lives, and causing our spirits to be active and engageable from conception, enabled us to move to a place of strength in accordance with His design. So, when I construct a blessing for the spirit, it is precisly because I am following the design and blueprint G-d set up, as that we could have gthe easiest time walking as sons, overcomers, and those who will walk toward holiness and righteousness rather than constantly struggling with sin. We were made for walking as spiritual beings, and not merely soulish beings.

So, without further adieu, and knowing that Scripture teaches that we be sanctified in spirit, soul, and body, let’s jump into the next several blessings for this window.

As we enter the season that includes the Holy Days of Awe (Rosh Hoshanah and Yom Kippur), Sukkot, and the Simchat Torah, please know that the days surrounding the Autumnal Equinox, which is often known as a holy time for the witchcraft community and defiled for us, were made to be set apart and holy by the L-rd. These twenty days between September 10 and September 30, and especially the 21st were intended by G-d to be days where we deeply connect and recover lost ground with Him, and with that…

The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places;

Yes, I have a good inheritance.

Psalm 16:6 ESV

Spirit, in our reconcilation to the L-RD in this season, there is room for the Father to provide many different good and perfect gifts to us. Part of the blessing that G-d the Father wants to give to us is the blessing of protection. Secure boundaries. And boundary LINES that are set up where HE wants them to be set up. Not boundary lines that we have set up. And certainly not boundary lines that the enemy can set up and move whenever he wants to.

Boundary lines that are G-d-ordained are set up for a purpose. They protect and help secure our inheritance. And in this security, we have the opportunity to walk with the King as He establishes our territory,

Our inheritance is not just heaven, spirit. Our inheritance is tied to our destiny in the near-term and present here on earth as we walk as sons who expand the kingdom, while the whole earth groans in anguished expectation as it waits for the manifestation of SONS of G-d.

And all parts of that inheritance are valuable, spirit. And they all merit the protection that the L-rd.

So spirit, I bless you to recognize the blessing and favor of the L-rd.

I bless you to be discerning enough to know when the enemy is attempting to fool you about a boundary marker that he has put in place. I bless you, spirit, to resist the boundary markers of the enemy.

I bless you to hear the boundaries the L-rd has set in place, and as you keep those boundaries.

I bless you to know the full measure of the territory (physical, generational, spiritual) that is yours to steward.

I bless you to rejoice at the bounty of the Father’s heart for you. He does not give boundaries to keep you fenced in, but rather so that you can establish and secure governance over what is legetimately yours.

Spirit, I bless you with the tenacity to fight for the full extent of your territory. And I bless you to remove those enemies that do not belong on your land.

Be at peace, spirit, and be more deeply reconciled with your G-d, who has given you boundary lines that surround what will ultimately become pleasant places.

I bless you to find your way back home to the place in the spirit where you belong.

You are loved in many ways, spirit.

Blessing 1: Blessing For the Season: Window of Reconciliation: September, Reconciliation to G-d, Introduction and Blessing 1

Gang, what hopes to follow is a series of blessings for the new window that approaches.

Now, for those new to my methodology and this idea of a Window of Reconcilation, please allow me to expand a bit on this.

Some of us have discovered the concept that the seasons of the enemy’s greatest attack and slamming are actually designed to be seasons of intensity that advance not just the kingdom of G-d, but also in specific flavors.

For whatever reason, the date ranges before and after the seasonal changes (the two soltices and the two equinoces) are periods of intense spiritual activity for the dark side, and as a result, we understand G-d, being the career-minded opportunist that He is, He wishes for these seasons run awash in His activity against the other side.

And further, we have noticed that during these seasons, there is an opportunity to reconcile to one of four facets of our life in Him.

In the case of September, we find that there is an unusual grace to gain some significant ground as it pertains to our relationships with G-d. It is possible this is because we are near the Days of Awe in the Hebrew calendar.

So, noting that, I would like to offer the following blessing of your human spirit as it relates to G-d, and some flavors of reconciliation.

The Blessing #1: Reconciled to G-d: Names of G-d: Father

Beloved I would like to invite your human spirit to come forward to interact with me.

Spirit, listen as I read the following portion of Scripture.

“Then you shall say to Pharaoh, ‘Thus says the Lord, Israel is my firstborn son, and I say to you, “Let my son go that he may serve me.” If you refuse to let him go, behold, I will kill your firstborn son.’”

Exodus 4:22-23 ESV

Spirit, this passage does not outright proclaim the name of G-d I am thinking of, but it does implicitly speak to that name.

There was a time when G-d the Father was not Creator of Heaven and Earth. But given, Jesus was always present from the beginning (John 1), and given he was everlastingly and eternally begotten from G-d, there was never a time when G-d was not Father.

And I realize and feel the pain and frustration that some of you have felt in the relationships you have had your earthly fathers.

However, G-d the Father has always been Father, and He knows what is necessary to raise up sons to their destiny.

His destiny in the Exodus account was not so Israel could liver perpetually as slaves under the people of Egypt. Rather, they were made to inherit the land of Canaan, the Land of Milk and Honey.

The Father does not withhold His very Son, and as a result spirit, He will also give to us every good and perfect gift.

So, spirit, before you freak out, I bless you to pause and breathe deeply. I bless you to turn your face to Father and see him as Father, not an abuser, but a tender affectionate and kind Father. It is not the wrath of G-d that breeds repentance, but rather, the KINDNESS of our G-d.

So, spirit, given the L-rd puts into our spirits everything needed for life and godliness, I bless you to receive fruit groves of kindness from our King.

I bless that kindness and tenderness of heart to so permeate you, spirit, that the first response to a mistreatment is not wrath or vengeance, but what can be done to show kindness to the next person you meet.

I bless you, spirit, to know our Father as a protector of His children and the one who deals with abusers of his children with a heavy hand.

I bless you to know the kindness and severity of our King, and I bless you to see what is laid before you, by the great heart of the Father of Lights.

As you encounter the Father, I bless you, spirit to hear and apply His wisdom to many different situations.

And I bless you to see the gifts and flavor of grace He has for you for today.

Be at peace in the restful adoring gaze of your heavenly Father.

I bless you with those aspects in the name of Jesus.
