G-d of not just one heaven, gang, but G-d of THE heavens.
The heaven that is the dome, the canopy, the firmament, the expanse of the skies called heaven.
The heavens that are above our atmosphere.
The heavens that number more than three (this charismatic nonsense about first/second/third heaven needs to die a quick and painless death). There are more than just three heavens. Oh, yes, more than just the second heaven which is the spirit realm (not that you have a bible verse for that) more than just the third heaven as the place where G-d dwells. G-d plays on a 27-dimension chess board. Therefore, He is deeper than our piddly little theology calling first, second, and third heavens.
How many different heavens are there? Well, the heavens where the weather patterns occur, the heavens against which the birds fly, the heavens that were created on the Second Day, and the heavens that were created on the Fourth Day, the heavens where the Prince of the Authority (not Power) of the Air and his host dwells, the abode of G-d called heaven, and various other spaces.
And what it there are something like seven or ten heavens in the spirit realm that G-d created just for the sake of creating. I mean, He did design 35,000 variations on spiders, and that is just the spiders, to say nothing of ticks and other variations on eight legs.
To think G-d created just three heavens, or four types of angels, is foolishness.
Paul was only caught up in the third heaven.
Gang, there is MORE. He creates and creates just for the sake of creating.
